| 1. A copy of our Customer Charter will be available at any time if you ask for one and is available on our website. We will automatically give you a copy if you reserve a property. |

| 2. We will work to set procedures in order to meet our commitments and will train our staff to understand their responsibilities in our dealings with you. |

| 3. We will give you the detailed pre-contract information you need in order to make an informed decision about buying a Westerman Home. We will ensure that you have appointed your own professional legal advisor who can carry out the legal formalities of buying a property and who will be representing your interests. |
