| Once you have paid a reservation fee on a Westerman Home, you will have up to six weeks to exchange contracts (you will be informed of this date by our sales negotiator). |

| Following exchange of contracts an approximate completion date will be given. Once the property construction is complete, quality checks are carried out to ensure the property is completed to our high standard. |

| Following our quality checks, a fixed completion date will be mutually agreed. Two weeks prior to this completion taking place you will be requested to meet with a member of our customer services department to be given a tour of the property and an explanation of how to operate the Central Heating, etc. |
