| On the day of Completion, once our solicitor has confirmed that monies have been received through the system, you will be contacted to meet a member of our customer services department at your new home to enable your keys and paperwork, including various guarantees and instructions, to be handed over. |

| At the same time your meters will be read and you will be given a copy of these readings for your records. |
