Field Farm – Phase 2 Planning Proposal

PLANNING REFERENCE: 20/00116/FUL

Hybrid planning application comprising: Full application for 132 dwellings, all associated infrastructure, play area, flood attenuation works and open space. Outline application for up to 200 dwellings, local centre (retail, financial and professional services, restaurants/cafes, drinking establishments, hot food takeaways – Classes A1-A5), all associated infrastructure, open space, flood attenuation works with means of access included (all other matters reserved).

This letter is to advise you that an application has been submitted in respect of the above. You are receiving this letter from Cerda Planning acting for the Applicant, Westerman Homes rather than Broxtowe Borough Council due to the practical difficulties that the council are currently facing as a consequence of the Covid 19 pandemic. If you would like to make any comments on the proposal, please contact Broxtowe Borough Council – contact details can be found above. You can send comments in writing by email or via the council’s website (and should do so within 21 days of the date of this letter quoting the reference above). You should comment only on material planning matters. Please contact the council for further details on what these are if you need to.
